WHY INDIGENOUS TEACHINGS ARE IMPORTANT

If we each re-center our lives around the truth of interdependence
and correct actions to support this universal law of life,
we will give rise to a just and thriving world.

Ancestral cultures have lived within this framework of reciprocal relationship
with each other and our living, breathing planet since beginning-less time.

They have mastered highly specific methods, ceremonies, written and oral transmissions,
and trainings to remind us to uphold this essential worldview in every action.

WHAT ARE THE TEACHINGS ABOUT?

The solutions of the world are found within our mind.
It is this wild human mind that believed industrialized society, chemical agriculture, and consumerism might lead to a happy life. And it is this very same mind that has an unimaginable capacity to benefit all of life.

The purpose of indigenous practices is to transform our inner obscurations, shift habitual patterns, & purify our thought patterns so we can unlock our full potential.

When we do so, we heal our relationships, cure our health, and restore vitality of the environment, and encounter an unshakeable sense of well-being.

We are extremely fortunate to have such precious teachers

They will remind us through ceremony, wisdom, meditation, nature, breath work, contemplations, herbal medicines, blessings, prayer, and deep personal connections, how to skillfully work with our emotions and calm the mind, restore our relationship with nature, and integrate these teachings into every aspect of life.

All of this is held by a very special energy of the Andes mountains which offers the perfect backdrop for deep physical, mental, and emotional healing.

2.) Is my $600 deposit refundable?
The deposit is fully refundable only in the unlikely case the retreat is cancelled by Reviveolution or if your travel is affected by border closures or laws related to Covid-19. We are sensitive to the global climate and in the case of other emergencies will work directly with each individual on a case-by-case basis.

3. How do I pay the remaining $1200 after the deposit?

If you have a promo code and are just submitting your deposit, enter your promo code at checkout only with you process the REMAINING BALANCE. Promo codes cannot be applied towards a deposit.

8.)
What is this money going towards?
It takes a lot to bring 5 wisdom-keepers together and ensure their families are taken care of while they are gone for a week teaching! Your contributions are directly supporting their lives, and their projects to restore landscapes, preserve traditional knowledge, and expand cultural teachings.

In addition, you are staying in an exquisite locally run Andean retreat center with feather comforters, private bathrooms and hot showers, gardens and nooks to contemplate and write, in a quiet rural environment in the Andes, with all organic food from local farms.

Perú has had no tourism for nearly 2 years. These local family run businesses, farms, and the wisdom-keepers are doing their best to recuperate. First and foremost, your contributions are supporting their livelihood.

9.) Where do I fly into?
Depending on where you are coming from, it is usually necessary to first fly into Lima International Airport, then get a separate national flight into Cusco. In some cases within South America, you can fly direct into Cusco.

10.) How will I get to the center in the Sacred Valley?
Once you are in Cusco, we have a private shuttle prepared to pick you up the morning of the 20th. We will send you specific info closer to time!

11.) What if I have special dietary needs?
No worries! We can definitely work with special dietary needs and allergies. The meals are locally sourced, organic, and vegetarian, with excellent oils and pink salt. We will send you a form once you register so you can let us know if you have particular dietary needs or allergies. We got you!

12.) Please note! The last day of the retreat is the morning of Feb 27th! So please plan flights no earlier than 3pm that afternoon

A Note About Covid
In Peru and the Sacred Valley life is safe and calm. Numbers are the lowest they have been since the beginning of the pandemic.

We will be following up with everyone closer to the retreat date to confirm that each participant is familiar with their specific requirements as things evolve over the next few months.

To respect each other's safety, we ask each person to take a simple test before your flight. This ensures your entry into the country and helps each person to feel safe to fully drop into to a container of health and wellbeing. Upon arrival, and before we enter the transport together, we will take everyones temperature. If you have any questions or concerns about these requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

There will be 2 people to a room, so you have ample space to rest and enjoy. Cleaning measures are being made daily at your Sacred Valley paradise. You have fresh mountain air to breath, organic food and juices to detox, Quechua herbal remedies to boost the immune, and our main temple is big and spacious!
